Turn-ons: geeky girls, duh. goofy and fun yet mature when the situation calls for it. Cuteness is way better than "model hot". Tattoos. Glasses. A love of rock n roll and whiskey. Indie movies. Spelling words properly (you vs u, love vs luv). None of those are deal-breakers though and it's by far not a complete list.
